During this Speaker Series event, members of the USRP spoke with Randi Levinas, EVP and COO of the U.S.-Russia Business Council. Randi spoke about her educational and professional background, explained what the U.S.-Russia Business Council does, discussed the U.S.-Russia commercial relationship, and answered many questions! Members of the USRP asked about many topics related to their academic study, career opportunities within the US-Russia sector, which companies have succeeded despite political and economic challenges, and the U.S.-Russia economic relationship, among many more important topics.

Speaker Bio


As EVP and COO, Ms. Levinas oversees the day-to-day management of USRBC and counsels corporate members on strategies to achieve their commercial objectives in Russia and the United States. She manages the USRBC’s government relations portfolio while leading lobbying efforts with the US and Russian governments and advising USRBC members on regulatory matters. Ms. Levinas previously served as USRBC’s Vice President for Policy and Programs. Ms. Levinas holds a B.A. in International Relations and Spanish from Tufts University where she graduated Summa cum laude and an M.S. in Foreign Service (specializing in International Business Diplomacy) from Georgetown University where she was a University Scholar.
